This releases you from the day to day grind of recording payments, conducting bank reconciliations, paying your team and preparing your BAS, and lets you get on with building your business. Recognising that bookkeeping cannot be overlooked is important because it is fundamental to success and strengthens all the efforts you put into growing your business.

Our bookkeepers will then combine all information from your activities, and our activities to support you, to produce monthly reports that will enable you to manage and direct all aspects of your business.

We provide an initial consultation (no obligation) to meet with you to discuss your requirements. This allows both companies to work as a team and identify a number of solutions, then select the most feasible and cost effective solution. Should you wish to proceed further, we agree on a contract for service.

Our charge rates are structured to suit each client, are very flexible and are approximately one quarter of your accountant doing the same work.

• set up and installation of MYOB, or use of your existing MYOB file,
• preparing your invoices, sending them and ensuring you are paid on time,
• recording invoices and recommending when you pay them,
• preparation and lodgment of your BAS, activity statements and FBT returns,
• payroll and superannuation processing,
• bank and credit card reconciliation,
• fixed-asset register and depreciation,
• preparation of monthly business reports on profit and loss, your balance sheet and cash flow, and
• budget reviews and analysis.

Our bookkeepers can work remotely from your office, or work at your office, and we work hand in hand with your accountant to deliver a comprehensive service that compliments your business.
