Recruitment Companies

We have found that many recruitment companies are questioning the rationale of allowing each contractor to select their own management company. Recruitment companies are finding that each management company operates differently and this is becoming an unacceptable overhead to manage in many business areas.

Each of our clients in the recruitment and labour hire industry who justified a business case to establish a one on one relationship with PayMe did so because it simplified the contractor payroll, accounts payable and receivable and it also provided their permanent employees with a comprehensive payroll service.

Engaging PayMe will:

  • release your company’s resources to focus on the “core business” of recruitment and placement
  • reduce overheads by having a single invoicing and remittance mechanism for all contractors through a one to one relationship with PayMe
  • provide a payroll function to employees and contractors that appears in house
  • increase employee morale and retention
  • remove the requirement to invest in payroll software, information technology infrastructure and payroll staff
  • provide immediate advice to the company management on issues such as employee entitlements, workers compensation, superannuation, future payroll needs and other ad hoc matters
  • provide secure online access for each manager to employee information such as personal details, leave applications and timesheets through our Employee Self Service (ESS) portal.

Fee structure

Our fee structure is determined when we conduct your needs analysis. It is percentage based and varies based on your average employee salary. We use a tailored approach to fee structure because our clients have employees on salaries between $25,000 and $300,000 per year. We only need to cover our transaction costs as opposed to charging the same percentage fee to every client.

The key outcome of our fee structure is that it will approximately halve your existing payroll related costs. Alternatively, if you are new business our services will reduce the impact of one of the most difficult components of establishing a new business.
